At Swagnology.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window under certain conditions. Please read the following guidelines to understand our return process.
We offer a 14-day return period starting from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping fees are paid directly to the carrier, and as the delivery has already been made, these costs cannot be refunded.

Swagnology.com reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if we determine that the return policy is being abused. Examples of abuse include:
In the event of policy abuse, Swagnology.com reserves the right to terminate your ability to make future purchases on our site and refuse any further returns.
We do not tolerate the initiation of chargebacks from your banking provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue. If you initiate a chargeback without communicating with us, your account will be immediately banned from the site and platform. We hold both the buyer and seller responsible for resolving disputes directly through communication and adherence to the return policy. Failure to comply with this will result in permanent suspension from Swagnology.com.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at swagnologymanagement@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. This will allow us to resolve the issue promptly. You must provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund for defective or damaged items upon receipt and inspection.
If you wish to return an unopened item, please note that the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at swagnologymanagement@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions for sending the item back.
If your return is accepted, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
